Sure he can! Having knowledge on the world of Runescape a various monsters can make you experienced.
True, but there is a LOT of differences in where the monsters and other things are located. For instance, Dark beasts are located at the taverly dungeon way far down past the hill giants in the underground castle .. on runescape there is guards there.
