2-steel/iron dragons drop d bones

thats about it,hopes it gets done

ranged(and the other combat related stuff(melee, mage(including autocasting RSLIKE), and npcdrops are getting a rewrite
this will also be the first update that will be done in the new framework;)
the bone problem wil be fixed 2;)
