Update
Combat:

- Fixed a turmoil glitch that made lower level str overpowered.
- Updated turmoil(currently had lower bonuses then piety)
- Slayer helm now gives bonuses for mage and range 2.
- Fixed SS(soulsplit) didn't heal to max hp.
- fixed a ranged bug, long range didn't give all the xp u were supposed to get.
- Fixed a bug.(divine ss kept working if ur prayer is 0)
