If you missed out, try doing some of the hard skills to get 99. Like mining, smithing, herblore (I'm guessing) and some others. Some easier one's with double xp are Firemaking, Fletching, thieving, and woodcutting. There's are some skills I found that you might want to try getting up.

Notice: If you are donator, you can go to the donator zone and mine runite there at 85 mining. It only takes 250-500 ores at the most! Thieving is also a nice skill to work on in the donator zone. It can get you 1 to 99 with 123m is what I got approx.
