Leeched server means 100% leeched and you didnt do some coding on your own. Now if your adding new items, new npcs, new things, then your coding the server basically your self.

Yes, But like Butters mentioned. Everyone leeches a server, but builds off of it. If it was leached, we won't need a coder. But we do have a coder and so that, you can say this WAS leached but after you start adding/making things with your own codes. It's not a leach. I would say over 85% of server's leached and build off of it. A server you find a the web, is a frame. Like a picture. Then the coder/owner fill in the picture. So no this is not leached anymore. Nice question to ask though.
