More suggestions ~ Skilling ~

These suggestions are mainly for skilling purposes.
Runecrafting: Either make the xp rates higher, or move the mage of zamorak near a bank.
Summoning: Add?
Agility: Possible some xp changes
Herblore: Add in ability to make Magic Potion, Saradomin Brew, and Overload(with a lot of requirements for Overload)
Thieving: Add more stalls
Hunter: Add
Fishing: Xp Rate +, add more fish to catch for the gaps between,(trout between shrimp and lobster, etc..)
I have repeated a few from my last suggestion list, just putting some ideas out there.

Agility: **** yea, that needs some adjustments before I ever try to do it again. The xp rate is terrible, especially with 10x xp.... Well good skill to update.

Thieving: I got my 99 thieving off of the 2 stalls in donor area. Maybe suggest donating?  Rsgp.. I also got 125m cash off of it.
