Hey all, i got 99 fletching so here's my guide.
First off, lets begin with the difficultly and information..
Difficultly: 50% because it takes lots and lots of logs to get 99 fletching + its plain boring.
Recommended things
1: I recommend you getting 99 woodcut. Then bank all of your logs. Then go fletching
2: Or buying logs from other players.
3: Getting dragon hatchet from the skilling shop, only 6m.
Getting 99 fletching!
If your getting 99 woodcutt and 99 fletching @ the same time, do this:1: Go find a evergreen tree 
@ skilling teleport and cut them down until you get a full load of logs 
2: Then use the knife on the log and cut 3 logs into arrow shafts. 
(I put detail into my guides so make sure you make these things and the exact same things i tell you or you wont make any profit or gain more exp)
3: Then you'll get around 15, 20, or 25 fletching level.
4: Then start making regular longbows until 35 fletching.
(Regular longbows = Logs from evergreen
)
5: Then Stay @ the skilling teleport. Once your @ 35 fletching, Lets cut/ or get some Williow Logs and cut them until 65 fletching. 
(You'll need to make 106 "Willow LONGBOWS" to reach 65 fletching 
)
6: When your @ 65 fletching, Lets cut/or get some Yew logs and cut them until you reach 80 fletching.
(You'll need to make 214 "YEW LONGBOWS" to get 80 fletching
)
7: When you reach 80 fletching, this is the end of your journey. Now you can make cut magic logs until 99 fletching! 
(You'll need to make 1,213 "MAGIC LONG BOWS"
