Wow?

Ok, on both of my accounts (Keegs and Keegs Pure) I must have gotten nulled or something but I cannot log on.  I log on but the screen remains black.  Anyways, this happened during a hide n' seek and on one account I ran behind Varrock castle and froze, I then tried it on Keegs Pure and froze.  I can no longer play on those accounts?
I don't know but the   C:/Windows/system32/java.exe thing I need says:
" Exception in thread  "Thread-4"  java. lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 2568 "
I've never seen this until now and I think that's what the problem is....the thing saying I'm out of bounds?
